ABOUT

CINDYMCOUTURE is a Luxury African Inspired Clothing Line founded by Cindy Marfo-Sarpong, a Ghanaian born designer based in Canada. She was raised in Ghana and her passion for fashion was nurtured there.

 

As a child, she was extremely creative in using cement paper to make dresses. After graduating from senior high, she went into fashion where she was trained as a designer for three years. After graduating with her certificate, she relocated to Canada in 2008.

Cindy Marfo-Sarpong, a wife and mother of four children, decided to continue her education in fashion after working for years in her home office with her mission to inspire and empower everyone to dress with confidence. She went to Humber College for Fashion Arts and graduated in 2014. She continued her professional development at George Brown College where she graduated in 2018 in Fashion Technique and Design.

 

CINDYMCOUTURE was officially lunched in 2018 and continues to empower women to dress with confidence. For Cindy, creating and designing clothing is a meticulous process. She is mindful of the customer's style and how her items will be worn. She treats every step, from cutting to sewing, as elegantly she treats her own skin.
